Conveyor belts are among the most preferred and most widely used forms of transportation for large amounts of loose and lump material. They are mainly used in the mining and construction industries, metallurgy, agriculture, chemical industry, etc.

Conveyor belts are divided into rubber-textile and steel-cord types.

Rubber-textile conveyor belts consist of the structural framework of polyester (PE) or polyamide (PA) fabrics and rubber coatings. Rubber-textile conveyor belts are available in different strength categories providing the longitudinal strength of belt in tensile in N / mm width.

Types of structural frames:    EP, PA, PP, EE
Tensile strength:        max. 3150 N/mm
Width:            max. 3200mm
Length:    standard length of rolls 200bm, other lengths are available depending on the weight and diameter of the wheel

Steel-cord conveyor belts are composed of a structural framework of steel wire ropes (cords) and rubber covering layers.

Tensile strength:    from ST 500 do ST 10000 N/mm
Width:    max. 6400mm

The use of conveyor belts:

- steel plants and metallurgical plants
- quarries, gravel pits, sand pits,
- lime and cement burning kilns
- power plants, glassworks, brickworks
- recycling plants and landfills
- chemical plants
- mines
- long-distance transport
- mobile devices - crushers, separators
