Sandvik HX900 is a unique wear material combining the cemented carbide (for wear resistance) with shock resistance and nodular iron ductility. This combination results in an ideal wear-resistant material that stands up in hard conditions and has a long service life in a variety of extreme applications.

There are good and proven uses for HX900 in fragmentation, material handling, quarrying, and construction. For example: hammers and crushers‘arms, slippage lands, concrete mixer blades, bucket edges and excavator teeth, plough cutters, and so on.
Due to its high wear resistance, HX900 makes an ideal replacement for conventional materials at a lower cost. HX900 comes in a variety of standard shapes and sizes, including custom-made shapes that we construct to suit your particular application requirements.
